Transfering AI2021_Custom from Vault

Hi

For the first time i tried to use end caps in frame generator today.

After trying to insert an end cap i get the error "can't locate the inventor custom content".

AI_2021 Custom is installed on server console, and content center in Inventor is set to "Autodesk Vault Server" in settings. 

When going to Projects->Configure content center libaries, Custom content is not ticked. 

If i try to tick it i am not able to press ok. Also if i try to transfer it from Vault using Libary transfer guide it dosen't show up.

Could anybody please tell me what i am doing wrong?

Hello.  Please verify that your Inventor project is a Vault Project.

I am assuming that you can log into Vault, or are already logged in?  Are you having problem with any other Content Libraries, or is it only this AI2021_Custom?

Yes, logged in to my personal account. Have also tried with admin user in Vault with no luck.

All other libaries are working as they should, including my own custom content libary.
