Thickness of lines in drawings

I have created a circular mesh and need to make the lines thinner for cosmetic purposes in the drawing. Is it a case of picking each line and adjusting the line weight or is there a method of adjusting the line weight for the entire object in one hit.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hello,

In your drawing go to:

Tools = Application options = Drawing, you will see Line weight display section, and click settings.

There you will be able to change line weight.

If i do this then wont this change all the line weights,i only wish to change the lineweight for the mesh.In Autocad its an easy task just by allocating a specific layer and lineweight thickness to the part.

Hello,

I have added a screencast so you can see how to change the line weight on a view.

Do this to which ever view you want to change the line weight on. And the other views line weight won't change.

Hello,

I have also done a screencast for using a selection box to select certain lines in a view.

So you don't have to change all the lines in a view. Just the ones you select.

I also changed the colour of the lines ,so you can see what lines i changed better.

You can also use the Style and Standard Editor to create a new layer and define it how you want.  Then select the lines and change the layer to your custom one.
