The line in the red zone should be constrained.

I don't understand the behavior.

The line shown should be unconstrained (but it's 10)

I think I found it....the long horizontal line is also constrained to the 20 rad arc. Removing that opened the degree of freedom. Please see attached:

I spend far too much time looking for stupid stuff like that but the only choice is try like h$$l to avoid them or get no auto constraints. Somedays the choice is really really hard.

Make a sketch that is really too complicated and spend a half hour chasing the constraint that is making you crazy
