I think it need coincident constraint, but i don't think sketch from different plane can intersect, right?

Hello @Anonymous it usually helps if the start of the loft is either perpendicular or doesn't go inwards.

Once you make it a bit easier at the start it allows it to Loft. Hope that helps.
