Hi @Anonymous
It looks like spurious geometry resulting from a bad or corrupt body in your assembly. Typically we see this with imported components which contain sliver faces. While it's mostly an an artifact of bad rendering, there are some cases where the face has incorrectly overshot it's bounds.
Here's what I would try:
1. Open the Assembly
2. Hit Ctrl+F7
3. This will check your bodies and throw up a dialog showing you if there are any bad bodies
4. If you see any bad bodies, try to isolate them and turn their visibility OFF and see if the problem goes away
Second Option
1. Start turning off components in the vicinity of the badness one by one
2. If the sphere goes away, then the last component turned OFF may be the culprit
If this turns out to be a bad or corrupt body here are some ways to fix it
1. Open the part
2. If it's a native part, you can try to find the feature which caused the badness and suppress it or remodel it
3. If it's an imported part, try to repair it using the repair environment - repair is available on the context menu
4. OR you can try to reimport it or ask your source for a cleaner version.
5. If it's a native part, you should be able to find the feature which caused the badness
Thanks
