Text on part face is flipped and backwards

I am using the face of a part to create a sketch with text for an emboss.  The text is upside down and backwards.  Because I am using a part face, there is no "workplane" in the browser to us the "flip normal" option.  How can I fix this text?

I think that creating a work plane by selecting the face and that it is on it, this will be the sketch plane, then this plane can be inverted to invert the text

Yes, I created a workplane on the part face and that did work.  I have never had to do that before, and as you can see from the screenshot, I am working on the positive side of all origin planes, so I am not sure why this is suddenly happening.  Another random glitch that doesn't make sense!

Just uncheck "text box" on each piece and rotate the text..

The text is simply upside down on that face..

easy fix..

This is all part of the vertical is horizontal blah blah stuff in Inventor.. Rotate it and move on..

From the image you posted, the text is not "flipped and backwards", it is merely upside down.  If you could Flip Normal, then it would be backwards.  As others have pointed out, simply roll it over, either by dimensioning and/or constraining the text boxes, or by turning off the text boxes and using the handles to rotate 180°.

Or, before creating the text, you could edit the sketch coordinate system and flip it 180° so that the text would default to the desired direction.
