Welcome to the forum.

Almost looks like you have the text on the wrong side of the plane.

What does the text look like in the editor?

What version are you running?  Can you attach your file here?

Right Click on your workplane and choose "Flip Normal".

The text isn't mirrored, you're simply looking at it from the back side.  Workplanes have normal (front) & back sides, just as faces do, and the purple color shown in your image is the back side of the workplane.  Sketches are on the normal (front) side of the plane.  Follow @blandb's suggestion to reverse the workplane, making the normal face, and therefore the sketch, point the opposite direction.

You might also find that you can flip the text by grabbing a corner of the text boundary & dragging it around.

Hi! Something does not seem right to me but I cannot reproduce it myself. Could you share the file here?

Many thanks!
