Sweeping an open profile to make a surface

Hi Everyone,

Drawing a blank this morning - I have just set up an open profile and a path on which to sweep it on before realising the sweep tool is reserved for solid bodies. Anyone have any suggestions for sweeping a profile along a path to make a surface?

Did you try toggling to surface mode?

Yep that's it, feel like a right numpty now - it's these issues which have the simplest solution in the world which stump me the most!
