Subtracting two objects

Hi. I created two solid spheres, one inside of the other. How do i subtract these two spheres from one another so all that will be left is a shell.

With the combine tool you can substract 2 solids from each other

If the two spheres are concentric - you don't need the second sphere, you could have simply used the Shell command without selecting any faces to remove.

What program are you using?

Are you using Fusion 360

or

are you using Autodesk Inventor?

I think maybe you are attempting to skip over learning the basics into techniques that you are not yet ready to tackle.

You can do it. But it's no easy task. And IMO it's a challenge in F360 as well.

2015 files attached once again. First attachment was not ok.

EOP in IPTs needs to be pulled down.
