One of my users stumbled across an odd issue today - I don't remember seeing it before. We're using Inventor 2018. After looking into it, I discovered that I see the same issue on my own computer, and it's apparently just never come up for me before.
He has a drawing with some tabulated dimensions. He is hiding the dimension value and replacing it with text that refers to the column in the table, and the dimension name includes a subscript. This results in an "overline" above the subscripted text. Does anyone know why this happens, and how to make it stop?
The image below shows two instances of this text string. The one on the left is created in dimension text, while the one on the right is created in a piece of normal text. Both use the same text style. Why do we get a goofy line in one?
