Styles Library Manager in Read-Only

Hi.
I have upgraded from inventor 2019 to inventor 2023. I have done migration according to all the rules of the art. Now when I want to make some changes in the styles library maganer, everything is in read-only. See picture.

The project is in read-write. I have tested with inventor open and closed.

How do I remove it?

Hi,
First of all, did you upgrade your Inventor to 2023.1.1 ?

Are you using Vault? Where do you store your Design Data folder? If these are in Vault you will need to have those checked out.

Hi. I am not using Vault. I have Design Data folder on the same server for 10 years.

You might need to remove read-only in your project file, then switch your Styles setting to Read-Write first:

Hi! We have an embarrassing regression in 2023. Some style schema was incorrectly set. Please install 2023.0.1 update, followed by 2023.1 update.

Many thanks!

For other finding this, if you installed 2023.1.1 and don't want to revert. Browse to:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2023\Bin\_NewStylesLibrary\

Edit Weld.xml to

<Weld Version="4" />
