Hi! Please attach the complete files. The Content Center parts are missing.

Many thanks!

Which parts are missing? I have checked and all of the parts should be in the .zip folder and just to be sure I have reuploaded the parts and put all of the used model parts in one folder.

Hi! I took a quick look. I think there are a few things to check. Go to Productivity -> Degree of Freedom Analysis. You will see the dialog showing DOFs. In theory, the only DOFs should be rotation in each axis.

Ground the bearing since they should not move. The Keys seem to have inconsistent DOFs. And, they all are highlighted in red in the browser. You need to fix them.

Many thanks!

Here's a new IAM. All other components can be used as before.
Not much work was needed. I only added Winkel:18 (Angle:18) in the relationships. The gears are moving ok by driving this constraint.

That's the good news. Bad news: Sizing of the bearings and shafts is kind of strange.

Thank you for your help!

This model is for a college project, the main goal behind it is to show the idea of how a two stage gearbox works. 🙂
