Solidworks DWG, or slddrw

Can I open a .slddrw file in Autodesk? How?

I tried opening the dwg from solidworks in Autodesk and it showed a preview of the file with all the layers listed,

but it would not finish and go ahead and open the file.

Why won't the DWG open in Autodesk? I can see the preview of the file in Autodesk,

but it won't actually open it.

Inventor only supports importing part and assembly files from Solidworks.. Not drawings..
