Simple balloon question

Simple balloon question

I've found how to edit the different balloon styles (Style and Standard Editor), but I can't see how to apply a particular style to a particular balloon.

Right click - Edit Balloon allows me to override the shape or the text, but doesn't allow me to choose a style from the available styles.

Right click - Edit Balloon Style allows me to edit the available styles, but  I can't see how to apply one of them to a particular ballooon.

Am I missing something, or is it not possible to use different balloon styles within one drawing?

Many thanks

Or, if you've already made new balloon styles, select a balloon and on the "annote" tab select the style you want from the dropdown.

Thanks, I see that, but I want to be able to change the style of a whole load of balloons at once rather than having to manually override each one individually.

Is that possible?

Yes ...

make a new Balloon style in your Style editor ...

Then you can pick 1 or all of the balloons you want to change to the different style... like Niel is showing in his

Yes, you can either select them all, individually, by holding CTRL or SHIFT or you can edit your (custom) selection filter so it only selects balloons and then drag a rectangle over the balloons you want to edit.

@-niels- sorry, cross-posted with you.

That's exactly what I needed, thanks very much.

I knew it would be something painfully obvious!

Thanks both for the help.
