I am struggling to convert my standard part to a sheet metal part . See attachment below and please help me find the problem.

It needs uniform thickness in the bends to unfold properly

Hi!

Try to use sheet metal tools instead of solid tool to achieve the flat pattern.

Anyway, using solid tools, you must have conditions to achieve the flat pattern, check the video:
