Hi Oliver,

Welcome to the community!

It would be good if you can attached your part file and show us the problem in English if possible.

Thanks

First of all, here's the Google translation:

-----------------------

Good evening,

I have the problem that I do not know how to make a transition to a hexagon body with a 20 ° tip.

Here is a cross section to show the supernatant material.

Thank you in advance for possible solutions.

Second, did you know that there is a German language Inventor forum?

Third, if you post your file and tell us what version of Inventor you're using, I (and probably three other people) can easily show you three different methods to accomplish what you want.

Hi! I think I know what you are looking for. You created the cone as a solid feature, right? As a result, you see the additional edges and faces sticking out of the hexagon faces. What you could do is delete the Revolve feature but keep the Sketch. Then create a surface instead. Then use Sculpt command to attach the cone to the solid body. Does it work better now?

Many thanks!
