Rotating part within sub-assembly in parent assembly

I'm currently working on a project. I have a propeller sub-assembly, with the propeller itself attached to the part that will connect it to the whole body. When I place this assembly into the parent assembly, I can't seem to rotate the propeller anymore. I've tried plainly just assembling everything onto the body of my vehicle without using sub-assemblies but the propeller still does not rotate.

Right click on the subassembly and set to Flexible.

Hi! Go to Manage -> Rebuild All. Do you see any failed constraint? Suppress or fix it. After that, does it rotate?
