Try to delete the 1,125 dimension, that will do the trick.

On one or the other way it is over dimensioned

Solution1 - Change its value:
My view:
You cannot change the value because it is given.

Solution2 - Remove constraints
My view:
Constraints are there in order to have a fully constraint sketch. How can it be removed?

You should have written, "I see a pink dimension.  Pink geometry (or dimensions) is "sick" geometry (or dimensions)."

Inventor designates "sick" geometry with pink color. (Haven't we already covered this?)

Delete the pink 1.125 dimension - it isn't needed.  The center of that arc is already Projected.
