Revision Tag - not displaying revision level

Using inventor 2021 the Revision tag is not displaying a revision level at all, trying to over ride the information using the edit doesnt save the override when hitting OK button.  I created a revision table first before adding the Revision tag.  I have tried using Letters instead of numbers for the Revision with zero luck.  i have also tried changing the iproperties custom revision No and also the Project revision and nothing changes.

I have attached a JPEG of the screen shot of the sheet that im attempting to revise and the Revision Tag with its edit feature open.  in the bottom of the image you can see the Revision Table.

Hi! I believe this is a bug which has been discussed earlier. Are you using Vault? Please make sure you install 2021.2 update and Vault 2021.1 update.

Still seeing this issue with Inventor 2021.2 and Vault 2021.1

Are you able to reproduce the behavior without Vault Add-In? Inventor 2021.1 update does fix a similar issue (see INVGEN-36347) in below release note.

However, there is a different issue unresolved (INVGEN-50114). Here are the steps to reproduce.

1) Open the drawing file in Inventor from Vault.
2) Enable vault revision table integration in Vault options.
3) Add Vault revision table in the drawing.
4) Add revision tag.

It becomes empty.

Do above steps sound similar to yours?

@johnsonshiue We're seeing the issue, but the vault revision table integration is not enabled. I added a drawing dataset to Case ID: 17547562 if someone can take a look. The tag numbers disappear as soon as it's opened in 2021.
