Returning Diamond plate in Step file

Good afternoon, Europe and Africa. Good morning America and others.

Well a quick question, can a plate return its diamond/checker/chequer plate feature was save in Step file. The feature can be seen or return in iam but once saved in step it loses its feature

"textures/advanced appearances" are not supported in the step files I don't believe..

Have you tried using all 3 application protocols (Step 203, 214, 242) (see options button before pressing save)..?

If none of them work then that texture is not supported in the non-native file type
