Registration Issues - Autodesk Certified Professional in Inventor for Mechanical Design

Good afternoon.

Not sure who to direct this to at Autodesk so I am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction. I have been prepping myself for the certification for Inventor and are ready (I hope) to take the exam. However, I run into some problems when trying to register on the PearsonVUE site. There is a discrepancy on my personal information between their site and my Autodesk profile information. The details they have is really old, I updated it a few months ago when I moved from South Africa to the Netherlands. I also updated my name to my proper baptised name (which only my mother used when I was a kid and were due for some parental guidance) so that it conforms to my picture identification.

So the problem is that the Pearson information do not seem to be updated from Autodesk, and when I mailed them for assistance they basically just confirm that the information I give them is different to what they have, no assistance to help me update it. So how does one go about getting the Autodesk system to update the Pearson system? I really want to take this certification exam....psyched up about it!

I would appreciate any assistance on this.

Regards

(or as my mother used to call me.... Jacobus)

Hello.  I think your best bet would be to start on this page, in your situation you may need to use the "Create a case" option.  It doesn't look like a link, but it is one.  Good luck, sir!

@CGBenner

Thanks Chris, I logged a query so hopefully we can get it sorted. My cheerleaders are busy practicing their final dance moves and cleaning their costumes and pom-poms for the day when I write my exam 🙂
