I discovered this glitch on another part and then created the attached part to test the concept and then post. If you look through the part tree you will see that Extrusion 5 should cut through all the pieces of the part, and the rectangular pattern of Extrusiopn 5 should also cut through all components of the part, yet it will not cut properly through the round object. The cutout even skips the round component and then successfully passes through the rectangular component on the other side of it. ?!?!?!?!
The only way I was able to succeed with the other part I tried this in was to do the pattern in the sketch of the feature and select each instance- the pattern does not succeed properly, which isn't always a good option or always very practical.
