Create a quarter section view, then project to an isometric.  If that doesn't do it for you, perhaps you could provide a bit more information, such as an image of what you're trying to achieve.

This is quite simple-- View A-A in the upper left corner is a 1/4 section view, and the shaded isometric view is just a projected view from it, with the view style changed to shaded.
