Is there a way to have a standardized project settings when creating a new project? I am in the process of making new projects for our existing files. We have standardized options that we use across all of the projects. It seems rather redundant to have to set the exact same settings every time.

Which "Setting"?

There are Standard.ipt, iam, idw templates you can save some "Setting".

Styles are in styles Library and can be save to template.

Not modeling templates. For configuring projects, we have a common company material library and subfolder structure. When it comes to adding subfolder paths it is quite time consuming to add the 5 subfolders having to define it every time with "browse for folder"

Unless I am misreading, I believe the OP is looking for a template to create .ipj Project files.  Is this correct?

Well, in that case.

One Project file for everything.  Been like that for over 20 years.

Maybe 10 different companies.

If you plan to use Vault, it'll be single Project file.

Hi!

My workaround

I have a Project file with all definitions i need as a template.

Every time i need a new project with the similar settings, instead of edit/configure the new project file, i copy the "template project file" (Or any other project file used in a previous job with similar settings), and then paste it in the new project folder, rename, double click... and is ready to go...
