When I save a .df file from a .idw file or a .dwg file the origin in the target .dxf is nozt aligned to the inventor  origin but random. Some programs need the .dxf with alingment to the origin i.e. flushing some linses with the y-axe. Inventeor generated .dxf files will not accepted  by these programms cause of the random origin related to the inventor origin:. How can I force the .dxf origin exactly to the inventor origin. What I have to do that the origin in the target .dxf is the same of the inventor origin.

The origin when I save from an idw file in IV 2021 is the lower left corner of the idw sheet

No it not works. When I use 3.th party dxf cad programs I can do this synchronisytion later by moving all my objects to 0,0,0  and oversave it, but this is boring. Looking for a possibility direct from IV.

Yes, I believe it is the lower left corner, this is an issue because I don't believe you have absolute position control in the idw editor.

there are times when you should do post processing, open the dxf file and move the geometry to the position you desire, I find it helps to draw a line from 0,0,0 that way I can select 0,0.
