Problem with ripping a lofted object

I am having trouble with ripping a lofted object. I have tried almost every solution I have ever read in this forum, but the problem still exists.

What am I doing wrong ?

Where are you trying to rip this part? I was able to rip this easily using the "Point To Point" method along the line that is already on your part.

Try using lofted flange, and point to point
