Hello all you hard working people.

I am a student from Denmark that has to make a barrel in stainless steel.

I dont know very much about inventor and i need to or atleast guidance so i can make it myself.

Down under here you can se what mesurements i have to use and the total hight on the barrel is 530 mm.

its a polygon with 22 egedes.

I need to have help with how to make a curve and how to unfold it. plus i need help at how to make those curves an indevidual part of it own...

I know its allot to ask, but i am really out on deep water on this one.

Looks like a reasonable start-- post your file here, and tell us what version of Inventor you are using.

Here you go... Inventor 2020 files.  I'm sure that it can be done more efficiently, but this is a first draft, so to speak.

You have just made my day...

But can i ask one more favor os you, if it isn't too much.

Can you make a video of it and explain how you did it, so i can do it myself perhabs.

I just want to know how you did it yourself, so i can learn from it.

It would be better for your learning to use the model browser to "read" the method.  Drag the End of Folded marker to just under the SweepSrf1 (accept the error message due to messing up the flat pattern; it will be all right later).  Right click on SweepSrf1 and check Visibility.  Edit Sketch1 (yours) and see what I added to fully constrain it.  Then look at Sketch2 and Sketch4 under the SweepSrf1.

Now drag the EOP down step by step and look at how each feature is defined.

What is not visible in the model browser is that I edited the active Sheet Metal Rule to change the material and thickness.  You can do this by clicking the Defaults tool in the Sheet Metal Ribbon > Setup panel, then click the Edit button next to the selected Sheet Metal Rule.

Hope that helps.  I can make a video if you really need it, but I don't know when I will get around to it.
