Pressure vessels in tension analysis (FEA)

I like to know how to indicate a contact between components in a pressure vessel, specifically between door and ring, should they have a fixation or a separation contact? thank you very much.

Hello Rene.
Welcome to the Autodesk Community.
I don't know your design intent, but if you use the Bonded Contact, the parts will act like they are just one part.

P.S. In this case a door for a vessel and his locking device.

@Anonymous

Just out of curiosity, how is this sealed? Is there a gasket between the ring and the door? How does this work? ( look cool to me ) and what kind of pressure vessel is the pipe?
