pressed plate

The attached part is a pressed aluminium plate.I would have preferred to use the shell tool but i could not get success so used extrusions. I added the fillets first followed by the shell but no success. Can the shell tool be used here for this part?

Have you installed Service Pack 1 and Update 2?

Your part is not uniform thickness?

Also - you didn't have any draft on the sides.
