Presentation Snapshot Panel Missing

I've recently noticed that the snapshot panel in the presentation environment is missing. I have no Idea how or when this happened, or how to get it back in order to hit the refresh button to update the exploded views in my drawing. Even if I create a new presentation file, the snapshot panel isn't shown.
