Hi Andrew,

To access the -2 level PosRep, you will need to enable Flexible flag on the subassembly. PosRep has a colorful history too. Inventor 2021 has addressed quite a few legacy issues. If possible, please share the files with me here or directly [email protected]. I would like to take a look and understand the behavior better. There should be a logical reason to explain the behavior.

Many thanks!

@johnsonshiue Were you able to reproduce that issue?

Hi Andrew,

I checked my email storage and Inbox. I keep all non-spam emails. But, I really do not see any email from you for past month. Did you send it to [email protected]? Also, if I received the email, I would acknowledge and reply to you. If possible, please send it again.

Many thanks!

Weird, Would a 31MB Zip file hang it up?

Hi Andrew,

Our email system allows up to 50MB attachment. Please send it to me again.

Many thanks!

I do get some strange behavior with the same kinds of workflows and as Johnson said, flexible usually sorts it out. Constraints can conflict and cause this.

Did you try making the assembly flexible to see if it fixes this issue?
