Pixelate rendering

Hi,

I tried all settings to render my scenes but with the same result, no matter of number of iterations. The image is every time pixalate and not sharp. I cannot set higher resolution then screen resolution. Any advice?

Version: Autodesk Inventor 2016

CPU: Intel i5 (Skylike)

VGA: AMD R9 270X

SSD: 250GB

Thanks!

Have you attempted to adjust lighting? ( I seem to remember weird lighting issues would cause that too in previous versions)

Are you up to date on updates/service packs?

Are you using studio or realistic/raytracing view style?

Have you set to "until satisfactory"?

How long is it taking?

Graphics card driver version and computer OS?

can you post your ipt file (or iam and all ipts if its an assembly) or better = do a pack and go..

Hi Doublemcz,

Along with what Mcgver and TheCadWisperer have suggested,

you can also try (within Inventor Studio) adjusting your Image Save Options and Render Image Size Options.

The larger the image output the higher the render quality.

I typically would render outputs of 4000 X 3000 pixles (8000 X 6000 - leave rendering overnight).

Save Jpeg Settings.JPG  Render Image Size.JPG

Or just try good old Inventor File => Export => Image => Save as JPEG => Options => X by Y pixels image size required.
