partlist sort / reorder

Hello,

sorting the partlist does not work out properly with inventor pro 2021 64 bit Win10.

when I want to sort after one manually added column (type=text) it does not sort alphabetical.

also renewing the counter does not work through all levels.

export:

columns A to C (sorted by C) is wrong

columns E to H (sorted by H) is how it should be

any idea which setting I could modify for correct results ?

Hi! Could you tell me what the second sort condition is? It is not showing on the exported table. If possible, please share the files here. Forum experts can help take a look.

Many thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your response!

The interesting thing is, that the sorting and renewing works fine with the same assambling group in inventor 2020 from a colleague (columns E to H)

Actually it just has been sorted directly in the partlist by column H.

2nd step has been renewing the counter from column E which lead to the exported columns E to H.

When I did the same with inventor 2021 it will always create the same wrong sorting in column E.

Also the counter in column A seems to be fixed. Renewing the counter does not have any further effects, as you can see column A is mixed within one level.

I also tried to import the main settings from inventor 2020, but still with the same result...
