Parachute Inventor

Hi!

I'm trying to create a basic parachute using inventor, and I came across this model I attached, but I need to do it with my specific measures.

Does anybody know how can I make this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Attach the *.ipt file of your attempt here.

With Inventor - you simply edit dimensions to change them to whatever you need.

I dont have an .ipt file, I download the .STEP file from somewhere, I'll attach it anyways.

I'm trying to change parameters but it says that edits are not allowed on the file. How can I do it?

I tried redownloading the file and it is working right now, I don't know why it didn't work before. Everything's ok right now.

Thank you again! There was no way I'd be able to do that in 2 days with the knowledge I have on Inventor hahaha.

Times are changing.

Several years ago Inventor was presented as one-day-productivity-tool.

But  meanwhile Inventor got lots of more functionality. Learning curve is steeper now.
