origin placement problem

It does not show the values properly because of the wrong origin placement. How can i change the angle of the origin?

So here's the issue ...

The origin for your hole table does it vertical and horizontal

you've projected it at an angle in a sense...as you can see in this picture

So if you rotate the view, it would be correct.

This view above rotate is also how it would be set up to be drill most if not  all of the time.
