Operations gray in model tree

I am trying to alter a part in Inventor 2018 and a lot of the operations are gray, text wise. However, not all of them are gray and all of them seem to be functional/able to be edited. 

This is what I see: 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is the Visibility turned off for (at least) one of the solid bodies in the model?

This looks like the browser for a Multibody part that has some of the solid bodies turned off.
