Old version

Hello friends,

I'm using Inventor 2017 Professional . I want to my files work with Inventor 2012 Professional  too.

1. How can 2017 Inventor file's work with Inventor 2012 ?
2. with which versions work the files in "Old Version" folder ?
3. why some of my files didn't have Old Version file? Theirs Old version file didn't created.

You can't back save files to older version of Inventor.  Once you move forward you can't go back.  You can create a STEP or IGES file to open them in Inventor 2012 but its a dumb solid at that point.   The OLDVERSION folder is maintained when you save files.  Its just  a backup of the last save.  It is controlled by your Inventor project file.
