No Option to Customize "Export to STP"

Why is export to STP not available? It would make sense to me that all the exports would be available for keyboard alias. I want to type, STP, and have the default settings export a part or assembly to a folder. As you can see, I have, PDF, customized. Thank you.

Yeah, maybe the quickest seems to be ALT+F+T+C > pick STP the first time, and the next time it should be pre-selected to STEP.

Or you may use Task Scheduler to export files to STEP in a batch.
