If using tapped hole to pass through 2 solid body, thread will not be display when pattern command.

But i just found out that, when i use end of part pull up to fix them, there is no problem (002999A)
In the file 002999B, I deleted all feature, and I still got the same problem as before.
I don't understand what's going on with the Inventor 2023.3 i'm using.

How will these be assembled without clearance between cylindrical faces?

(Cannot manufacture perfect parts.)

It is unusual to thread counterbored holes - they are usually clearance holes for fasteners going into another part - but I don't know your full Design Intent.

@tonythm

Try setting Adjust in the Circular Pattern.

In 2024 When I opened your parts I did see the threads missing. I then removed the top solid (solid 5) from the circular pattern and the threads appeared. I then added the top solid back to the pattern and the threads stayed.

Thank you so much!

It's a layer of plastic used to insulate.

They are assembled from many pieces. When make 3D, it is a solid for insulating material. On bolt and washer also have insulating material.

Below is the section parts.
