Newbie Question - Center Point Arc Warning Prevents End Placement

I am trying to draw a center point arc but a constraint warning keeps appearing preventing the placement of the end point:

Initiate CenterPoint Arc

Center - Origin

1st Point X=100, Y=0

End Point -X=0, Y=100

Could someone explain why a CenterPoint arc cannot be placed in this manner?

The issue was inventor saw the setup as overconstrained.  Once I deleted the X-axis point dimension of 100 it allowed the arc to be placed.
