Need help with frame generator

Hello, i'm running inventor 2015 student version and i was experiencing trouble with the frame generator. Whenever i click on "Insert Frame" it pops up with this  Autodesk problem.JPG. I was wondering if there was a fix to this, i tested the frame buttons out and "Insert Frame" and "Change" come up with the same message whenever clicked on. Thank You for you time and help!

Are all your Libraries installed? What does your Library configuration look like in your Project File settings.

In addition to what @blair posted, are you doing this at home or in school?  Do you have access to all of the Content Center libraries, assuming that they are in fact loaded?  If you're at school, you might want to check that this is not a permissions issue of some sort.

So here is my libraries. autodesk libraries.JPG I am assuming that I don't have them set up correctly. If this is true, how can i set them up?

So assuming this is what you are talking about here it is. content center.JPG I did change the location of the libraries because i found that they were not located there. So this may be the problem but i'm not sure if it is.

I am actually doing this at home on the student version. I looked in the add-ins manager and it said it was loaded and which file it was. Then i looked for the file and found that it was in the location it was supposed to be in, but it isn't working. So this could be a problem with my libraries not being configured.

The picture you posted shows you don't have any CC libraries installed on your machine at home. The easiest would rather than to download and run the installation program again, simply copy the file to a thumb drive from another machine. In the picture you posted, the location of libraries, the blue text is a "hyperlink". This will open Window File Explorer to the folder that contains the CC Libraries. Simply copy the files from one machine to a USB drive and the from the USB drive to the same location on your machine by clicking on the hyperlink and dragging the files from the USB drive to the open window.

Then make sure that the required Libraries are selected/checked for use in your Project File.
