Need help with Assembly Ballooning. Having issues.

So I'm currently trying to sheet up my parts/assemblies for a project. Problem is, when I'm trying to balloon the assembly parts each balloon has the number 1 inside of it. Instead of being balloons 1-8 it's just 8 balloons with the number 1 inside.

Any fixes for this?

(Managed to fix the above issue, I have a new one now)

I have an assembly with 8 parts, when I put in the parts list, only 7 show up and when I balloon the missing part it shows up as balloon 1, even though there is already a balloon one. (The part also doesn't show up on the BOM list on the assembly file).

Sounds like you have some assembly structure issues.  Open the BOM editor (not the parts list editor on the drawing), and take a screen shot so we can see how it is put together.  Or, pack and go your assembly, zip it up and post it here so we can diagnose.

I found the issue, in the BOM editor it had renamed one of my parts to the same name as another part, but this only showed in the BOM editor. Which is pretty strange, managed to change the name and it sorted though

Your parts have been grouped together (the two coloured bar icon indicates this).

Press this button

Capture.JPG

Then uncheck "Enable Row Merge on Part Number Match"

This will treat both parts as individual items.

Hi! The second question seems to indicate files specific behavior. It does not sound right. Please attach the files here or send them to me.

Many thanks!
