If a decal won't do and the logo actually needs to be embossed or engraved, I simply create outlines of the logo shapes in a sketch using the image as a guide.
Once it has been created as a sketch, it can easily be embossed onto a surface.
To reuse this logo sketch, simply create a iFeature from the sketch.
I've attached the part for you to look at.
What problem are you experiencing?

First.. Is the label itself a stocking part for you? ie it has a part number and must be included in the BOM.
if so...
I would make a part with just an extruded surface surface that matches the radius of the round bar and is the same size as the label. Then apply the decal to that surface (wrap to face option I believe) then you save that as the part number. Then you can simply drop that into your assembly and constrain as necessary.
