Inventor seems to be running fine but when I try to start a new part, assembly, drawing etc. I get a blank screen where the 3D planes should be showing. When I try to create a sketch an icon appears in the modelling space and there is nothing to highlight/select.
I have attached some screen captures to help visualise what I mean.
Why is this happening & is there a fix for this?
Thanks in advance.

Have you installed all Updates for your version of Inventor?
What happens if you turn on the Visibility of the planes?
What are your View Tab > Object Visibility settings?
Can you Attach a file here that exhibits unexpected behavior?

Hi There @JDMather ,
I have installed all updates for Inventor via 'Autodesk Access'.
Turning the visibility of the planes on & off doesn't do anything, still showing the model space as blank.
Everything is ticked in the View Tab > Object Visibility settings.
What type of file would you like me to attach?
Many Thanks,
Hi There @Gabriel_Watson ,
I have installed all updates for Inventor but still no luck.
Having a look at the link you attached, the pictures do look somewhat similar to what I am experiencing.
I can see that it is currently being investigated though, so i'm assuming no fix yet?
Many Thanks,
*.ipt file that exhibits this behavior on your machine..

@Gabriel_Watson, I had a feeling it would, which was why I wanted to attach a photo of how it appears on my laptop. I have un-installed and re-installed Inventor multiple times but it appears to have changed nothing unfortunately.
Hi! When you pre-select a plane or planar face, the origin planes will not show up. Also if one of the origin planes is invisible, the three origin planes will not show up when starting a new sketch.
Many thanks!
