Model opens in wrong view

I have a few assembly models that do not open in the view I set as home, despite saving them as such.

One of them in particular opens zoomed into a part of the model and although not a hardship I have to click home to get it to show correctly.

Hoe do I get the model to open in the same orientation as I save it?

Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates?

Can you attach an assembly here that exhibits this behavior?

Are you saving the while in the home view?

Nothing added but I have noticed that the xyz arrows bottom left are upside down. At some point I changed which view was "Top" so this has buggered stuff up.

When you change the view to your home view and save, make sure that the file is actually being saved. A view change doesn't register as a change, make sure that the file is selected 'yes' to save.
Try that and let me know what happens.

I've got it to load in the correct viewing orientation but the xyz symbol is all over the place now. I'm going to leave it I haven't the time to spend. Thanks all. I'm afraid it's a case of a little knowledge is a dangerous thing in my case.

Just throwing this out there, but do any of these settings play a part in your issue?

You should have a Grounded part oriented to the coordinate system.

All of this is easy to fix - with an actual assembly rather than pretty pictures.

Yes, not something I know how to change.
