Mirroring an Equation Curve?

I am getting a "Failed to create mirror" message when trying to mirror an equation curve about a line. Is there something I'm missing when creating the curve itself or is this functionality not yet supported? Thanks.

If I am interpreting how you want to mirror, around the vertical center line, then the problem is the equation curve overlaps the mirror line.  I showed this with the red arrow.  If you place a mirror line past the end of the equation curve, you have no problem as you can see.  Modify your equation curve to not cross the vertical center line.

I have tmin set to 0 and tmax set to 0.75. I'm not sure where those dotted lines are coming from or how to get rid of them. If I change tmin or tmax then I get an undesirable curve. I want to mirror the other equation curve also but I get the same error.

Edit: For some reason, the other curve will mirror now.

Any idea yet on how to remove the dotted lines?
