Please see the attached image below the components created mirror and patterns, but not constrained. 

Do we need to constrain them ?

Where can I review the image? If I understand correctly, you are asking to constraint the whole bunch of components as original one, then, please check the option Mirror Relationships.

Pattern simply keep the relative relationships automatically, please let me know if it does not work for you.
