Migration from 2025 to 2026. Missing custom library content

I've migrated my custom content (My Library) from 2025 to 2026 but all the custom parts are missing. Any ideas?

Hi, can you double check your Project file for me and see if they have been configured for the project?  Thanks!

Hi Chris, exact same project file and settings in both 2025 and 2026 versions. Library was migrated but all custom parts are not showing. I've checked the filters etc but no joy.

I have the same problem, maybe it's software's bug.

Martin, thanks for sharing that link.  I was just asking internally if anyone knew about this.  I'll keep my eyes on it if I can, and hopefully it's something that can be looked at quickly.

I am watching both of your forum posts on this as well.

Thanks, I hope so as it means we won't be moving over to 2026 till its sorted - we use these custom parts in the majority of our projects.

I see the same thing-- my custom content library successfully migrated according to the screen message, but nothing visible either placing from CC or managing CC.

In the Manage CC dialog when viewing only my custom content, the categories where I have added content are shown, and no others; but there is nothing in those categories and subcategories

Hi! This does seem like a known issue on 2026 RTM version (INVGEN-83635). The defect has been fixed internally. The fix will be available on the coming 2026.0.1 update.

Many thanks!

We have the same issue.  We immediately went back to 2025.  Can't use 2026 until this issue is resolved.

Same issue here as of 16/04/25. @johnsonshiue, any idea of when we might see the fix? We can't move to 2026 until then.

Any news on the 2026.0.1 update fix for this bug?

We're waiting on this fix as well so we can move, and now we have a project that's stuck because it was accidently opened in 2026 and can no longer use any of our custom Frame Generator components

I just ran into this issue myself.  when updating to 2025 I discovered a style library bug.  I'm wondering why I don't wait for the SP1 release of the product 😉

Is this problem still ongoing? our entire team is affected because we rely heavily on the content center. 😭

It is, but the support was able to help me. They can upgrade your library, and you can then put it in your content center folder and use it right away (do not try to update it yourself though)

Go to  : https://www.autodesk.com/fr/support/contact-support (replace "fr" with your country code ofc)

I have installed the 2026.0.1 update, but have not seen any of the content in the custom library appear. Can anyone confirm whether the update has fixed the issue for them?

I had to reconvert my 2025 libraries after updating the 2026.0.1

Thanks for getting back to me. Can I ask how you did this? Did you have a backup of the 2025 library? For me, using the 'update library' tool only brings up a message saying that the library is already up-to-date.
