Migration from 2025 to 2026. Missing custom library content

I've migrated my custom content (My Library) from 2025 to 2026 but all the custom parts are missing. Any ideas?

In my case I still had the 2025 library, so was able to basically start over to copy it and migrate it.  I don't know of a way to recover a previously migrated library, but I'm guessing/hoping that @johnsonshiue has that ability, or knows someone who does.

Thanks @SBix26. I tried also from 2025 backup, still without any luck. In any case, I have a meeting with support coming up, so I'll be sure to share anything that may be of value to other users in this forum.

Yes I have a backup.  I still have my 2020,2022,2024 and 2025 versions of my library. Can't be too safe ya know 🙂
