Copy the existing material into your material library and change the color.  Pretty simple to do.

@S_May Click on the little appearance palette to open the Appearance Browser

There are many ways to select the part for color change.

You can either choose the specific face to change the color or the entire body.

When you hover over the part the select body dashed line will encompass the entire part.

I find this to be quick and easy and know that everything is set to the same appearance.

You can also select it from the Browser Tree.

There are three different Library folders that come with the 2018 version:

The mighty black glass you seek is in there, you can search at top right and it will find quickly for easy application.

If you want to create a copy you can RMB on the icon and duplicate.

Once found you can go through the Appearance Editor and customize.

Quick 100 iteration render, could lighten the transparency up a bit. Hope that helps!
